At IFFI Studio, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Whether you have received a damaged item or simply had a change of heart, our clear guidelines help ensure a smooth process for returns and exchanges.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please follow these steps immediately to qualify for an exchange or refund:

  • Report Immediately: Take a clear photograph of the damaged item and share it with our Customer Service team on the same day you receive the order.

  • Assessment: Our representatives will contact you within two business days to review your claim.

  • Verification: If the product is confirmed as faulty by our quality inspection team, we will issue a full refund of the original amount and cover the shipping costs.

  • Refund Methods: Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa according to your preference within 24 hours of approval.

Change of Mind & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have had a change of heart, we offer an exchange option under the following timeline:

  • Deadline: You must request an exchange and send the product back within one day of receiving the order.

  • Final Cut-off: Once three days have lapsed from the delivery date, the product is no longer eligible for exchange.

Conditions for Return

To ensure your return or exchange is accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition: Products must be unused and in original, mint-condition packaging.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of shipping the product back to IFFI Studio via a courier service.

  • Exclusions: Items purchased during a sale or stock clearance are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • Liability: IFFI Studio does not assume liability for products lost or damaged during the shipment back to us.
