1. What is the return policy if I receive a damaged product?

If your product is faulty or damaged, take a photo immediately and share it with our Customer Service on the same day you receive it. Our team will contact you within two business days, and if verified, you can choose between an exchange or a full refund via Bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa within 24 hours.

2. Can I exchange a product if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer exchanges for customers who have a change of heart. However, the request and return of the product must be made within one day of receiving the order, and the option expires completely after three days.

3. Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

Yes, any item purchased during a sale or a stock clearance sale is final and cannot be changed or refunded.

4. What are the shipping options and costs for returns?

For standard exchanges or "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for paying and sending the product back via courier. If our quality inspection team declares an item as defective, we will bear the shipping cost. We are not liable for damage or loss during the return shipment to us.

5. Does IFFI Studio offer any warranty on jewellery?

We offer a unique free lifetime repair service specifically against manufacturing defects to ensure your pieces remain in excellent condition.

6. Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we provide COD services across Pakistan. We also offer international delivery for our overseas customers.

7. How can I ensure a hassle-free return or exchange?

We strongly recommend that you record an unboxing video before opening your parcel. This serves as proof of the condition in which the item was received and simplifies the process.

8. What materials are used in your jewellery?

We specialize in high-quality silver jewellery, including bridal collections and everyday pieces, as well as premium silver-plated and gold-plated artificial jewellery. Every piece is handmade using stones and metals sourced from reliable, conflict-free suppliers.
